I have always stuggled with depression most of my life-
This time I just cant seem to get rid of it.I am isolated with no support network, stay by myself, not eating, not sleeping. No friends,no family that I can turn to.I am scared and not really sure what to do but know that I do not want to go on like this-
There are currently alot of stressors in my life-self dstructive relationship with a married man, new job, etc.
Having trouble holding it together..

I'm sorry to hear that so much is going on for you over there ... i know it can't be easy. Like Fuzzy said though, keeping posting on here and getting your thoughts down ... there are so many caring people on here, and I know that you will be able to find friends on here.

Do you have a therapist or counsellor in your area that you could talk to maybe? Just a suggestion ...

Take good care,
Jacq Cant seem to shake this......

I have long needed to talk to a therapist but have difficulty with the confidentiality issue, need to find the right therapist. In order for it to do any good, I have to be able to know that I can trust this person.Yup-alot of trust issues in my life, period. Thanks for the words of encouragement.Very much needed right now.........

Sometimes we just need to rest and let the cloud pass. I know it doesnt seem like it now, but it will pass. Even if you have to have a duvet diving day.

Take care.

pearlywunz I am sorry that things are so rough right now. Please take care. You may want to keep considering finding someone to talk to professionally.
