Hi...

I'm not good at eating... I just eat junk food, uz it's so small quontitys, that my stumich can handle it...

This friend is wanting me to eat better, but I don't think I can... I heared somewhere that if your body doesn't get enough food, the stumich gets smaller... And i'm not sure what to do about it... Sometimes I'm worryed that if I don't eat for like a few months more, that I won't be able to eat, because the stumich might have like closed up all the way... (Is that possiple? And, also, as I'm thinking about having kids some day, what do I do about eating habbits, becasue some one told me that it can cause really b*d things to happen to the baby for life... So i'm alittle sc*red of that too...

Shadow,

If you can't develop healthy eating habits, you really shouldn't consider becoming pregnant. When you're pregnant your body has to support the life of your baby.

If you don't have much of an appetite you should start thinking about eating four small meals a day.

Throw away all your junk food, and buy healthy food.

You can do it!!! Eating

I don't pay a lot of attention to food, even though I used to be an excellent cook and cared a lot in my younger years.

Here are some things I do to try to have a reasonably well-balanced diet:

1. Find the fruits and veggies that you like, buy them and eat them.

2. Eat on a schedule.

3. Pay attention to what you eat -- enjoy it. Be grateful for it. Don't read while eating. If possible, eat with someone else to make it a pleasurable event.

4. Don't eat snacks except at certain times of the day that you designate as the time for "treats." My treat time is the early evening while watching TV. And treats are limited -- no endless noshing, just a reasonable treat. A couple of cookies OR some chips but not both.

I know you can find your right rhythm and habits -- because you want to, and that's a good start.

EJ711: It's not that I don't want to, it's the depressin won't let me...
But thanks for the tip of the 4 small meals thing. Eating. Ya, the friend won't let me touch the junk

foo until I eat something healthy (But I don't really think I can...) I mean, I have a big bowl of

papato soop some times (Whne I'm up to it), and I heat it up like 2 or 3 times before I can get it

done, and some times I don't even finish it...
But ya, I'll try tat idea, thanks.

Want to fly: Thanks. I'll try and do that. Eating. How long do you think till I can eat more without feeling full, but not full? And, so your saying I should force myself to eat? And what about the depression? Wouldn't that hinder me?
But, I'll still try both of your guys ideas, thanks.
