(((((((((Bronee))))))))))))) family makes me worse every single time
Grrrrr
I understand only too well. I'm sorry your Mom is being insensitive to your needs. Sometimes, as much as it does suck-we have to learn to not count on our parents for the support we need.
Your Mom may be feeling responsible for your abuse. You could be triggering a major guilt trip within her whenever you talk about therapy. My Mom automatically gets defensive and starts feeling sorry for herself-then she'll go and cry to my sisters/brother about it and they'll all get mad at me for making my Mom feel bad.
I'm sorry you have to go through this crap, too.

Ah, but is everyone telling your sister she's supported or just behind her back? Your sister may not feel supported either. Bring it up with your mother when she's talking about your sister and insist on support for you? As you say, you're "travelling along, doing okay" and your mother might just be really really blind, tell her you want support, whether she thinks you need it or not.

my sister gets the support everyone tells her so

pickle im sorry ur family makes u feel at fault too

i really do think my mom feels guilty for it all
well at least for letting it slide
watching it go on and not lifting a finger

if i asked for help when i ask for help i feel like ppl just give it just cos they feel they have too
if my mom really cared i guess she would want to see me
i guess she would want to get to know what her daughter is like
if she cant see that i really do need her at times then there is no point asking her for help
i will find that support in someone else
in myself
can no longer rely on others
