I feel like I'm in an endless void. Feeling like no one truly cares about me. Like life won't get better. My thoughts that I want to happen in real life don't happen. Feeling dead inside. Feeling voiceless and ignored. Sometimes death seems like the only way. Tired of being strong and just wanting to be free..

It's a horrible place to be. I'm so sorry you feel this way. If it helps keep posting and I will reply with any help I can. In the mean time sending you massive hugs and love. I care and there are people out there who do. You may not know them but they are there
Thanks for this!

Hi LaBlueness,

A lot of people don't know this, but there are quite a few common purely medical or nutritional problems that will show up as depression, fatigue, etc. That's why if you're struggling the way you are, I think the first thing is to see a a good M.D. and have these things checked out. Here is what I think is the best plan:

You might also find these notes to be helpful. I found it very helpful to understand exactly what was happening in my own head, where those negative thoughts come from, etc.

Thanks for caring. It's just hard not really having friends and going to school where no one is friendly. Feeling cared for is very hard for me.

So many people know exactly how you are feeling. I think the most compassionate people are the ones who have been through it. You are not alone. You need to see a doctor, parent, friend, teacher. If friends aren't around when you are feeling like this they are not friends. You will find some true ones. It does get easier I know you don't feel like it, but it does hang in there. In the mean time try and talk to someone who can help
Thanks for this!
