((((((((((((Ouch)))))))))))))

I know that deep darkness you feel inside. I don't know why or how or if it ever really goes away.
Take my hand...and hold on really really tight.

It's like a vicious flu, painful and horrible and seemingly endless, but if you take care of yourself, you will get better. I guarantee it! My father kept telling me that when I was at the lowest of my lows, the end may not appear to be in sight, but it is there. Just hang in there and force yourself to do things you know you should be doing, but don't get down on yourself for not being able to do much. Take it one step at a time. Things WILL get better!

(((((((((((Ouch)))))))))))))) Losing it Sometimes you just gotta learn to enjoy the ride-whether or not you want to be on that rollercoaster. That's what I'm learning to accept. Or at least trying to learn to accept it.
I know what you mean so I can't say that it's easy. It's not-sometimes I wake up and the first thing I think is "oh crap, I'm still me-it's still my life..." and then I go through everything that's wrong with me and my life. No wonder I'm so grumpy in the mornings.
You're going to be okay, Ouch. It comes in waves-just grab a boogie board and try to ride the high tide. It's all you can do the latter is not an option. Okay? Losing it We're here for you.
