how many hugs is it that you're supposed to get every day? 10 i think. last time i got a hug was, let's see, i think it was two days ago. i only get 1 hug a day, if im lucky. it's the best part of my day, but the problem is, i dont get hugs from the one i need them most. but im too afraid to ask for them or give them, im too afraid to say anything about how i feel, and im too afraid to show at all how much it hurts. i dont know...

Hey Songs,

Here's a virtual hug anyway (((((((((((Songs)))))))))))))).

I'm not sure if there is a number you're "supposed" to get... I think it kinda depends who you live with (family, friends or partner) and who you happen to run into on any given day.

I know it's hard, and I feel for you. I'm not really sure what to advise, If you're afraid to give people hugs, maybe start with the one person you feel closest to, and get confidence up? Or try another form of interaction, like hand holding or just talking?

I hope things get better for you :-)

That is a tricky one.

This probably isn't going to be too helpful, but maybe just take a deep breath and go for it? Easier said than done, I know.

Your miles a head of me. You have someone you are close to. So that a hug is at least a possibility. I don't remember the last time I was hugged. Maybe two weeks ago or so.
