apart from diazapam. feel sick, headache. depressed. annoyed. some one from crisis team coming to talk to me today at home. feel selfish, little girl missing, parents going through hell, watching programme on little boy who has massive problems, who am i to feel so desperate. guilt guilt guilt guild all the time.

Everyone in the world has their own issues to deal with hon. We may percieve someone else's issues to be worse than our own, but whatever WE are going through at the time is what we need to take care of. Having empathy for others is fine and good but we shouldn't think that our issues are any less because of someone elses.
