There are so many things in the world we can not control.
I continue to aggressively turn my anger inwards. I've really ruined most of my life. Suicidal ideation takes over, I can't get out of bed, spend every dollar I have, ignore my needs to be creative because it feels so phony.
Every therapy situation becomes co-therapy. Can't bring myself to go to the gym because creeps won't leave me alone.
My job is filled with people who take advantage of the person who always does what is rational and correct, then turns around to set me up for a fall to get ahead.
How mush longer is the world going to go on like this?
Too young to be the sage...
