While I still have my really bad days, they aren't as often as they have been the last few months. Every day used to be like my own personal hell, but in the last week I've not felt bad every single day. I kept a diary because it helped me to write things down and when I look back to a few weeks ago I can't believe that was me.

I never thought I'd feel a day when I didn't want to die, but I had one today. I've not been cooking proper meals for myself, just for my daughter, and cooking was one thing I adored. I hope soon I can get that enjoyment back. I would really like to thank everyone here for their amazing support so far. I wouldn't have got through the worst days without some of you here.

So happy to hear that Keep looking for the light and it will keep shining brighter every day. I was going through a really good stretch for a while but I can feel my depression creeping back but knowing I have this forum to lean on helps me as well! It doesn't make me feel so alone.

Hope that light continues to grow. Hold on to it as a spark to light the way should any shadows cross your path.

I am so pleased to hear of your Mood elevation. I am sure it gives many people here added hope that their light will shine again in the future.

Dave.
