I know a big part of it is I'm turning 30 in less then month. I don't want to. Everything will change. I feel so stressed at home parents yelling at me Every time after be at er. They think I want all this to happen but I dont. I'm trying I'm in a day treatment program for mentalheal. I just started. It scary, hard but I want to get it my best try.
This easter weekend is very hard and lonely.
I just not sure what to do. My parents will not give me my meds that I'm supposed to be taking. I really at a loss.i don't know if I should bother asking for help anymore.

why wont they give you your medicine...?
if doc is giving you medicine to help then its important to follow treatment plan...
maybe not safe for you to hold the medicine to protect yourself but they need to give you medicine daily... just what you are supposed to take daily....

30 is scary... i keep thinking about it too...
im sorry you are feeling so bad...

keep doing the treatment program... tell someone there that your parents are not giving your medicine to you if you have to...

try to distract yourself with some activitie that you find enjoyable... watch movies... cartoons.. anything...

spend time here... talk to people here and can vent and let out anything here...

you are valuable... i know you dont feel well an its hard to feel important...
but you are important... every human is important...

keep doing treatment and work with your doctors...
try not to think of the number of your age... talk to your therapist about your birthday stressing you...

stay safe... take care of yourself and be kind to yourself...

Kris2904, how old are you? If you are 16 or older in some states you are considered an adult enough to live on your own. I would pursue asking for help stating your parents are not giving you your medicines that you are suppose to take. And if the situation is as bad as you say you can contact legal aide and ask to be in custody of the state and work on your issues, the state appoints you a social worker and puts you in an apt. of your own age 16 or higher. And then you get housing and funding until you turn 18. I know this all sounds scary but many kids have gone this route cause their parents hindered their getting well and just made things worse. You can love your family but still go this way to get the help you need. Talk it over your options with a social worker ASAP (((hugs))) and good luck. tc

This is troubling. Please consider telling this to your doctor or any medical professional (nurse, emergency medical technician) who treats you.

why do they yell at you?

do they just not understand your condition?
are they abusive?

im not very experienced on what to do in these type of situations... but maybe there is a way you can get away from them and into a safe place that will help take better care of you and treat you better with more dignity and respect...?
