My childhood until right now monsters are simply ghosts, especially female ghost like Sadako, Samara, White Lady.
Your "White Insectoid Legs" makes me remember of old vintage manga. Can't remember the title or author (but I remember he is famous). Maybe I could remember it later. |

After searching, I find the author. His name is Hideshi Hino.
I'm sure it is between volume 2 to 3, the title with "bugs". I can't remember the site where I read it, so you must find on your own. If you read it, it more sad rather than scary. |

WW looked around her at her dear friends feasting and laughing. She had done good. They were all safe and happy now.
Finally, she could leave, after centuries of atonement for the sins of her kind. Yes, she was the last of the Werepeople, and perhaps that was best. Their time had come and gone, as it does for all things. She turned and disappeared into the thick forest.

WW returns to her home in the ancient oak. She pats the tree affectionately before climbing up.
She grabbed her traveling bag, threw it over her shoulder, and climbed back down. She set out for her secret meadow. Lost in the mists, the meadow was like Avalon...one has to be worthy in order to pass.

As WW passed through the mist, she again found the ancient cave of her people. The hallways and warrens beneath the ground served as perfect living quarters and hiding place. Until one day, eons ago, men came with their arrows and spears. Few of us survived and so I am all that's left.
She disappears into the cave.

Though it is pitch black inside the cave, WW can see perfectly well. Her eyes glowed a deep orange - of which she was not aware, she'd never seen herself in the dark before, after all. She makes her way quickly through the passages, having the memory of them instilled in her brain before she was even born. The caves were an ancestral memory, so she had no problem reaching her goal - a small hole, 12 feet up near the ceiling of one of the old storerooms. She clambored up and disappeared through the hole into the night.

Dear Pain,
After observing and listening, I wondered. Is it you who bind us into becoming friends? I know that "misery loves company" phrase is true. Are we the misery? |

WW continues through the wilderness until she comes to an ancient clearing in the forest. It was once surrounded by stones, she remembers, but they have long been worn almost completely away by the frequent rain. This is but one bit of knowledge that she has learned over the eons, but she keeps it all to herself, allowing the creatures that inhabit this world to grow in their own way in their own time...her friends.
She stands naked before the Goddess, arms outstretched, silently beseaching Her to take her to the stars.

Grinoir
Aside Death and Tim, there is actually still one Lord of Hell good servants exist. He's the best, the most discipline and responsible servant that I ever seen. He's nameless; no in fact all of them used to be nameless. Death is named based on metaphor on his work, the changing transition of every soul which they call death. He does not enjoy or hate the name, but accept it. Tim named himself. This last one, keep himself nameless. I call him Grinoir; from Grimoire as his-sometimes-involvement with spells, and Noir -meaning black in France- due to matching rhythm. Despite his reluctance in naming, he does not mind what everyone called him. Grinoir wear black coat and long pants similar like his colleague. He has two masks: a bovine skull mask with long, bended horns and oversized human or giant skull with small part of red hair attached to it. Sometimes, you can see her eyes glowing in red or fire. He is fire. He can turn anything including himself into fire or ashes. He can teleport by turning himself into ashes. When he's mad or excited, fire glow from his mask, hands, or even whole body. His job is like salesman of curse. He offers anyone with greed, hatred, and delusions with contract which turning them into Lord of Hell forever slaves -as well the servants slaves too- after their natural death. The person signed contract will be sent right away to Grinoir without Death's guidance. In short, he maintain the slaves and their jobs. Last edited by Turtle_Rider; Oct 05, 2017 at 08:49 AM. |

WW feels a sense of deep warmth in the center of her being. She smiles to herself as she realizes the time has finally come. She reaches ever higher, seeking the arms of the Goddess and feels her warm embrace.
WW then lies on the damp leaves upon the ground and curls up in a fetal position. She begins to feel her being compressing as if she's becoming denser by the second. By now, she is glowing brightly, though she is unaware of this as she has lost consciousness as she knows it. Suddenly, she shoots up towards the heavens on a bright trail of light. Her friends stop their frolicing as they watch in awe. They do not know the source of the light, but they find it's beauty breathtaking. After a few minutes, the light fades, and they return to their frolicing, except for one, Charles, the big brown bear, kept watching the sky. He was the first to notice that now Orion had 4 stars in His belt instead of 3.

The firechild sits quietly before the flames in the fireplace. As she selects another log to put on the fire, she thinks about all the pain that never stops, and decides to put it in the log. When the log is destroyed, so will be the pain. She wants to believe it, as the tears well in her eyes, everytime she lets the pain out just a little. She decides to wait and see how she feels when the log is nothing but ash.

Not a dark thought like usual.
This thought has been in my mind for days. I think it because I just enter the adulthood. Have you ever feel that life is like big city? So many places to enter. Houses, stores, etc. Some are free to enter, some not. You can interpret these places as dream, opportunity, or purpose in life, whatever you want. I don't have any destination or desire to enter any places. I only wandering on the road or sitting on bench; I'm stuck, observing people. Observing what they're doing, maybe I want to enter one place or follow one road the walk in. I lost inside this big city. I have no destination, in a new city, and surrounded by things I never know before. I make a movement. I enter a place following some people until I lost interest, exit, and move to another. I'm drifting now. I'm walking on this random road. Maybe it could lead me somewhere. Maybe I could found some place that I want to be in. Hoping that I could find someplace I could call home or the only road. |

The log is a pile of ash. Time will tell if it took the pain with it....

Stumbled to this card website when I was looking for other cardgame.
Disturbingly pretty. What do you think? I never use this kind of card and it's not cheap either. So someday after I become rich and still want it, I put it for personal collection. |
