post here what self care you've done for yourself today (and every day)

today's list is very short, but:

ordered myself a takeaway

watched a soap opera I liked for half an hour

Reflecting on some “therapy” - and “thinking outside the box” which I’ve sadly found that too few therapists do (uk)... If anyone disagrees, please tell me and I’ll consider moving from this part of the forest

Sure there are SOME good therapists in the uk but it appears they are not in my area. And I don’t have unlimited funds to keep paying them

Bought stuff to make strawberry shortcake...not really 'self care' but I can't live by lettuce and cardboard.
Toured my modest veggie garden.

I've been feeling bad about today, but I see now that I took some positive actions. That counts for something

New boss starts Monday, so I forced myself to clean my office. It will make a better impression than the HQ of the Mad Hatter that my office usually appears to be.

Managed to get to the shop in the end and buy the things that I needed . There is still so much I need to do but it's 9 pm and I slept most of the day . I need a bath . I need to clean my place or at least some of it . I need to do laundry . I need to finish my food prep for my new healthy eating plan . It seems like so much to do . I'm getting overwhelmed thinking about it . I really want it done so I can stop stressing about it .

I had a shower and made something to eat-Only those two things.
I punished myself for leaving my home get in a stinky mess by doing five hours chores non stop today,I got overtired and physically exhausted which now leaves me severely depressed and staring into the deep dark pit of despair....there is no one else really cares so I am isolated too.Thankfully I know after a long rest and a good night's sleep I will be ok again.I feel like bursting into tears now.
