I went to the grocery store, the steamstress, Costco and out to eat Japanese Teriyaki with my mom. It was delicious. I finished reading my book, You are a Bada$$, listened to an hour and a half bible study lesson, took care of the pets as well as posted extensively on here and talked with my daughter. This was not what I planned but it was a well lived and enjoyable day. Now to get back on track tomorrow.

Warm wishes to everyone to have a peaceful weekend.

I did another load of laundry, put groceries away, cleaned the litter box, emptied the trash and cleaned off the kitchen counter. I was also busy taking care of cats. I'm exhausted now. I think I will go to bed early. Tomorrow I will put more groceries away and open packages.

So my new plan goes like this (I will try to make it as realistic as possible):

Each morning: Swish and swipe in the bathroom.

Monday: Gymnastics early in the morning, (Work in home if time and energy). My priority for the day is Brunch with friends and sometimes volunteer work afterward.
Tuesday: Hiking in the mountains with friends
Wednesday:
Am probably tiered after the hike the day before. Will rest until lunch. After Lunch work in the home for one to two hours.
Thursday: Gymnastics in a group
. After that work in the home for one or two hours
Friday
:Walk in the neighborhood. After that work in the home for one to two hours
Saturday:
Masage 20 minutes on and 20 minutes off, until the whole body has had it's masage.

Each day after lunch I will do Autogenic Training while I use self-hypnosis about being mindful during the day.

Journaling in the evening.

(Work in the home will only be done only on Wedensdays, Thursdays and Fridays, one to two hours each day. That is: three to six hours a week. It is important that I remember that this is all the time that is to my diposition, so I don't get disapointed over too little done.

Evaluation once a week.

We had a big family gathering this weekend, so to try to evaluate the plan I have made to keep a structure during ordinary days is not wise.

I had a wonderful time at the gathering!

There will come a new gathering at the start of next week.

Today (Monday) I will do dusting and hovering. Tomorrow it is back to the program.

Send my best wishes to everyone here!

I had a difficult morning. I was sad and didn't want to do anything. I canceled my appointment for this week. I did manage to open some packages, put groceries away and clean some litter boxes. I have one more litter box to clean and a few more packages to open. Hope everyone is having a good start to the week. (((Hugs to all!)))

I am a perfectionist and it is causing problems in my life in almost every area. This is a workbook that uses CBT training to undo or reduce the troublesome parts of that trait while allowing you to keep the benefits.

I washed my laundry. I vacuumed. I took a shower and put on my makeup. I also had the maintenance man come to fix some repairs. I am doing well. I also weighed myself and lost another two pounds. yah!!! I am doing well. I want to continue washing my laundry. I whittled it down to about two or three more loads.

I really like your plan. You are putting the priority items first and then deciding how many hours you can work in the house. Good for you! I do it the other way around and end up frustrated and missing my priorities. I admire you.
