I have my bedroom almost complete and will be sleeping in there in the next night or two. Going to rest the remainder of the evening and start fresh tomorrow.

I walked for two hours today then ate two pieces of chocolate. Oh well. There goes all of my walking! I am doing fine otherwise. I washed two loads of clothes. Then, I went to the store to check on a product. It took me an hour to walk back and forth. I realized it is cheaper to buy the product from Amazon. I then went out with my mother to buy chocolates. I feel well. The weather is nice here but rain is coming soon. I have to go to the dentist soon too. I hope I don't have any cavities. We shall see.

I did another load of laundry, cleaned off my counters, emptied the trash and cleaned litter boxes. I haven't been able to rest so I think I will do that today. Hope everyone's Monday goes well.

Had to take out the trash and do cat duty. Need to get them some fresh water and that's it really. Taking the rest of the day off. Tomorrow I think I will visit my sister.

Taking mom to the doctor today and then going grocery shopping which will take up most of the day. Hope to enjoy this sunny, breezy weather some.

- Hovering
- Make an important phone call
- Grocery store
- Use some time to focus on the importance of routines.

Didn't leave the house today. Cleaned the bathroom instead. Also did litter boxes and some of the kitchen. Will open packages later today and put groceries away. Hope everyone is doing well!

I walked for over an hour this morning. Then, I did two loads of laundry. I am doing well. I ate a lot yesterday but did not gain any weight. I am happy. I am waiting for dinner now.

This day has been some kind of a "resting day" for me. I have used the day to only relax, sleep for a while, reading a bit and have seen some programs at TV.

I feel OK now, but I can feel the need for have structure around my day as well.

Plans for Thursday:

- 07:30 Up
- Swish and swipe in the bath room
- After breakfast follow the weekly program:
Thursday: Gymnastics in a group . After that work in the home for one or two hours (I will use one hour after the gymnastics (at home, not in a group).
- Some food
- Write a list for the Grocery shop
- Grocery
- Lunch
- Rest a bit
- Write a list for the rest of the day ...

I went to bible study this morning and then had a lovely lunch with my mom. Afterwards, I picked up groceries through Walmart’s curbside service. I am relaxing though I have a few things left to do before my daughter arrives and I think I may go out in a minute and get a haircut.

Plans for Thursday:

1. Haircut if not today
2. Water aerobics
3. Therapy
4. Spend quality time with my daughter

I had a doctor's appointment. It was hard for me to find motivation to go to but I made it. I cleaned litter boxes, opened packages and washed the dishes. Today I will clean more litter boxes and go through the mail.

I'm tired now. I took out the trash, washed clothes, got rid of the junk mail and ordered groceries. I think I will take the weekend off. I've been busy with housework for days.

Yesterday, I celebrated my birthday with my daughter all day and then celebrated 3 birthdays today with my family. I have not accomplished much as a result. Tomorrow I will be celebrating mother’s day and then I’ll get back on track Monday.

Not having good luck w technology today, but...

Today was a rest day for me. Went through some donations & brought in those that can’t be left in storage or car. Picked up a few things the cat has knocked over. That’s about it for constructive activity. I’ve been getting a lot done lately but am still behind on some major things. The meditation app is the only thing that keeps me from panicking. Have been using it almost every day since beginning of January. Definite improvement.

Cleaned a couple of litter boxes, went through the mail, emptied the trash and cleaned off my kitchen counter. A light duty day. Tomorrow I hope to do dishes and take out the trash. Also do more litter boxes and clean off my kitchen table. Hope everyone is having a good day!

I need to make a schedule and stick to it. I’d like to get several things done before I go to Florida for two weeks in June. I will start working harder tomorrow.

Cleaned a litter box, cleaned off my kitchen counter, emptied the trash, opened packages and put groceries away. I'm done for the day. I'm tired and I've had it with housework.

I went to see the pdoc and am doing well. My lab results are within normal limits. I'm healthy, I guess. I feel fine. My pdoc lowered my dose. I will keep walking this week when I have time. And, I will do something else besides clean my apartment and do the laundry. I will try to study. My mother is leaving for a trip to Asia. I will miss her dearly. I will just do what I can to pass the time while she is gone. I want to lose five more pounds by my next clinic appointment. I will strive for this goal by continuing to eat less and move more.

I've had a busy morning. I washed dishes, took out the trash, cleaned litter boxes, took a shower (yay!), cleaned off my table and cleared my work space. Later I will try to paint rocks. I want to relax for the rest of the day. Tomorrow I see my med provider. Hope everyone is doing well.

Saw my med provider. Things went well. I don't go back for 8 more weeks. Yay! I did some labs this morning too and went to visit my sister for coffee. I'm surprised I got out so much. It was raining. But I felt good. Later today I will clean litter boxes and then rest. I might order some food to celebrate my successes. Hope everyone is doing well today. (((Hugs))) to all!

It's been a week since I have been in. In that time it has gone up and down. Some good days with family and some days where I was so exhausted that I wasn't able to do anything!

I need structure and proper meals (may be I lack important vitamins).

Plan for tomorrow (Thursday)

- Up 07:30
- Swish and swipe in the bathroom
- Take meds and more ...
- 08:00 - 09:00 Breakfast
- Hygiene
- Write a list for the grocery shop
- Make food for my little trip outside
- Walk for around 20 minutes x 2 + 2 minutes with a break in between.
- Grocery
- Lunch and rest

After the rest decide what is the most important to do for the rest of the day (among others text GP, bank, a proper meal plan - EAT at FIXED times ...)

1. Water aerobics
2. Take mom to run errands
3. Quality time with my daughter
4. Read a few chapters of a self help book
5. Attend a drum circle
6. Affirmations/visualization/meditation
