Im hidden in the bathroom on the floor of my workplace. I want to kill myself. I cant take it anymore. I cant i cant

You've been struggling for so long... I know it's hard. Please don't give up. You can do this. You're strong, I know this. Try to get through this day. One step at the time. Please don't hurt yourself, you deserve to live a good life and to feel good just lik everyone esle. Don't throw it all away. I know things are bad right now, but they can get better. Take baby steps, just do the bare minimum you need to do until you get home. And if you do get through the day, try to reward yourself for accompishing that! You definitely deserve it. I cant go IP and let parents, bosses and friends how weak i am and that im slipping again...

You're not "weak", sinking. There's nothing to be ashamed of in asking for help. Everyone needs help at some point in their lives. And you've been so strong so far, always handling everything by yourself, I think it's time to let others help you. It's your own safety we're talking about it. If you don't want to go to the hospital, is there an hotline you can call? Or maybe you could try to contact your therapist. Maybe that could help. Please stay safe and take care of yourself. Hi sinking. So sorry to hear this. I feel like that very often. When it is hopeless, just try to focus on only this day or this hour. I know how awful it feels when you don’t know what to do. From my own experience I know how quickly things can turn around even though you can’t see it now. Small things can have a big impact. Just try to keep on the best you can.
