Don't listen to that inner snake, mountainstream
 That's the depression talking. You're worthy of love just like everyone else. Don't isolate yourself. We all love you here. Try to do something nice for yourself today. Eat some nice food or buy yourself something. I'm so sorry you're going through all of this. You don't deserve to suffer. Please don't be so hard on yourself. You're a wonderful person. You have so much more to give to this world. You just have to regain a bit of self-confidence. Trust me, it goes a long way! Do you see a therapist? Maybe that could. Perhaps you could try to buy some self-help books if you can. I hope you'll feel better soon. Please don't give up. Take it one step at the time. Take baby steps. Try to hang on. You can do this!
