I think ect may help to unlock the inaccessible brain part, but it's risky. Don't know why I think ect is a part of EMDR 😕

Is it little turtle, rohag and thirty shades?

I don't fancy ECT. That sounds scary...

Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) are two rather different forms of therapy. I have not come across anything that pairs them. No mental health professional I have seen has mentioned EMDR to me.

A psychiatrist I saw for many years was well acquainted with ECT. Nevertheless, he suggested Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) would be better for me if it ever became available through my care system.

I've never had either ECT or TMS.

Thank you - it's a great account of a veteran, a US Army medic, dealing with PTSD+ and the effects of the heavy drug regimen the military medical system applied.

Link to the article (caution: violent topics and unsafe thoughts):
This especially resonated:

The world tells us..
We “should” be “strong” enough to ....
Our snakes tell us..
The world doesn’t want us..
Our snakes tell us..........
Maybe our snakes “wisdom” telling us to delete ourselves isn’t so inaccurate after all

I fear our snakes are trying to protect us in their own unique way.

They are being cruel because they were once programmed to think this way.
It is hard work and an endless job attempting to re-educate them to be kinder.

Sending loving kindness to all on the AS IS bus

I am sorry your snake has been cruel to you for so many years Little Turtle.

Success in life is different for each of us. Living up to the societies ideal's (to be the best) is a problem. We are all AS IS.

We are very good at helping our friends on the bus and picking them up. If only we could support ourselves as well as our fellow passengers....

Thirty Shades is useless at this also... We are in good company on the bus Little Turtle.

Sending loving kindness and respect to all
