hugs for all the bus riders....my seat on the bus is getting bumpy today...
it is not so easy on the bus for me....i am trying to accept reality AS IS..... that is me and others....i keep thinking of the serenity prayer... the only thing i can change is me...and i guess that means accepting and not fighting all the #### out there and inside me....i am a mess when i try mindfulness... the problem is me not the mindfulness....it is hard to accept what is really going on... i am a broken down psychiatrist.....i am in pieces.... |
