I never loved myself. Even as a child I felt conflicted about how I look. When I was between the age of 7 and 10 I would push my face ar certain place in hope of reforming it so that I would look beautiful.

Now that I am older I hate myself even more.
Yesterday I had an endoskopy where I needed to get half naked and I felt so ****ing uncomfortable. I nearly cried. I so desperatly wanted to put my clothes back on. When I was younger I also did not like to be naked around people.

Everything about me is ugly. Everyone else seems to have something that makes them beautiful but there is nothing beautiful about me. There is so much wrong with me.

I tried to be vulnerable around friends and tell them about me. I even told some of them that I am gay. But everytime I do something like that, they start to become colder.No one wants me. I will end up being left alone by everyone. I will die lonely in this disgusting **** piece of body.

I didn't know what to say so took some time to reply but want you to know you're not alone at all. I think self love is a really hard thing to achieve and many of us spend a lot of time beating ourselves up and thinking we're not worthy people. It sucks to feel that way but I don't think it's uncommon

I wish I had some advice but as a fellow sufferer of this I'm still trying to work it out myself. I hope you manage to find a way to feel better about yourself

Thanks, I also try to find some love for myself but it is pretty hard. There appears to be nothing good abou me. I still wish you the best and hope that you will be able to work things out!

You see this (above quote), this is actually very powerful evidence - proof - that you're quite mistaken in believing there's nothing good about yourself @Whereto52. I can see that you've gone ahead and wished the best for someone else, even in the midst of your own very difficult inner struggles. I have to call a spade a spade in this instance and say you're a nice person. There is plenty good on you! It's beauty. Please acknowledge it to yourself Whereto52, as it will help in making that self-burden a bit lighter. Will you do that for me, please? Thank you, friend.

I agree with this. I believe the statement that ''there is nothing good about me'' is profoundly incorrect.

@mote.of.soul Good post
