that is a good question mopey...i can answer best for breakdown #3...
i could do very little at first... 2 weeks crying wanting to die... then i was on social security disability for 4-5 years...did some research before i returned to work at a public mental health clinic... |

Yes turtle, wine. I look forward to it every night. A brief respite.
Salamanders. Fascinating. When I was a child I kept lizards and tree frogs in terraria. I can understand a love of these little creatures. I used to feed them meal worms. ((( Hugs to all )))

Mimi I hope you're on the mend too. Depression I personally know is one of the cruelest illnesses since it causes so much discouragement. I know because I've been there. Antidepressants&psychotherapy can be of help too.
