This is ''not a great day''. I am being more social than my ''usual''... Not always a good sign. And my box is still almost full (so apologies if anyone tries to PM me and it is full, hopefully it won't be. I have to try to nap soon

meditation today....i was upset....my head was shaking and i was breathing fast and shallow...
after 10 minutes i finally calmed down...i think this was helpful for me... |

AS IS---today i sense some freedom...i am getting to the point that----
i don't care what anybody thinks of me or says about me...i am ok for me... i just need to feel more comfortable with myself with all the mess that is there... it is nobody else's business out there... |

this one is for you fuzzy---i am reading a book called THOU SHALL NOT BE AWARE...
i became very disturbed because i didn't pay attention to how my father was hitting me.. over and over and over...i was the so called bad boy...but my mother chased after him to stop the hits.. you have been thru a lot more than that...but i am seeing how good you turned out despite your parents...you are a good girl...and someday you will be aware and not as depressed |

I have learnt some new things about myself today.
My needs are valid. Unmet needs trigger me and I then disconnect from myself. When people are mean, my sub conscious believes their meanness even though I don't consciously buy into their words. It triggers me and I disconnect. |

Hello and hugs to all - I've been away from the forum for a little while due to a couple of medical situations.
Turtle, I just want to say that tho I haven't been married as long as you I certainly have gone through "seasons" with it -- many due to my own obtuseness! But I think anyone who has been married for a while would agree that they go through stages...
