Asked differently, are these issues more related to age and aging, or are they issues that persist from much earlier in your marriage?
Good question Rohag, and well put (as always)

I have not been having fun lately. I have been experiencing some challenges in my marriage with Papa bear. These are mostly recent although they were sometimes there to some extent before. Basically, he cannot accept “too much” sensory input. Possible (high functioning) Aspergers? I have discussed this before with a couple of good friends. The “solution” is for me to be much quieter than is healthy for me The nature of the input is not the issue... he does not accuse me of “whining” or any other negative blaming words that some may like to use towards someone who wants to discuss something. The issue is any input from a human. Lately, the past week or so, I have been feeling worse and I do not have the go to suggestion of “meds” to fall back on (extreme allergies)

Any kind helpful input or support from any of the bus people is welcome

Love to all on the bus

ETA I request no input re the current “situation” in the world. thank you

What about written input, electronic or "real"?

Sorry to hear this, Fuzzy.

Rohag's idea of written input is definitely worth trying, as it's silent.

But one thing is for sure -- the solution is not for you to have to stifle your whole entire being so that he can be comfortable. I can only assume the two of you have spent some time calmly discussing this situation, right?? Right?? You'll have to work it out together, to mutual satisfaction, if it is to be worked out.

A healthy lifestyle is good for me....

It doesn't cure me.
Maybe it helps a little.

I am still As Is...
My me's are still at odds...

I am trying something new to me and hoping that in time, there will be some benefit...

I am starting to accept that there will always be bits of me that will always be As Is...

We matter AS Is.

Even if it doesn't, the knowledge it doesn't is a benefit.

Me too, little turtle, in fact I prefer lying in bed.

There's no question exercise of any sort is an effort, but at the same time it is probably worthwhile....
