Rohag's idea of written input is definitely worth trying, as it's silent. But one thing is for sure -- the solution is not for you to have to stifle your whole entire being so that he can be comfortable. I can only assume the two of you have spent some time calmly discussing this situation, right?? Right?? You'll have to work it out together, to mutual satisfaction, if it is to be worked out. A healthy lifestyle is good for me....
It doesn't cure me. Maybe it helps a little. I am still As Is... My me's are still at odds... I am trying something new to me and hoping that in time, there will be some benefit... I am starting to accept that there will always be bits of me that will always be As Is... We matter AS Is.
