Routine is helpful to me too. I don't always appreciate it until my schedule is put out.

Getting behind makes me rush and then I panic...

I always feel better when I return to normal.

important confession...i have been working on---- know thyself...
well i am finding that i don't fit in to this terrible world...not at all...
people continually want to see me in some other way...a way that is not correct for me...
so i need to be sure that i don't take ME down...i feel a little more free...and i don't need to be so angry...
because the critical judgmental violent people have a huge personal problem that i can't fix...

Good post little turtle. I can't fix others either. It is very uncool that people continually want to see you in some way that is not correct for you

I think it's great that you are not taking little turtle down

I very much agree, the critical, judgmental, violent people have a massive personal problem you can't fix. I have several of those people in the ''family'' of origin

I have been having ''too many'' benzos.

Since I am ''too sensitive'' I was quite hurt by a somewhat confusing and terse (and more...) message from a friend a few days ago. I did not ask for ''clarification''

I am ''not patient enough'' .....

or so the ''experts'' aka my PUS kept telling me....

They, however, have none of those ''defects''

(not anyone on pc)

Something reminded me of the GP who told me it was not a good idea to consult a therapist ''because they catch mental illness from their patients''.....

How many excuses can they make up for not referring someone? It is not relevant now anyway

Interesting! Frustrating, but interesting!

I would love to ask that GP - without any sarcasm - how they came to their conviction about therapists. The GP might have some interesting stories to tell. Of course, out of "professional courtesy", they might not be willing to tell such stories.
