Did you ever notice how it feels when a depressive bout comes in? You think about yourself just yesterday: you were planning something funny and pleasant, and suddenly you can't imagine doing it... It's as if you are disconnected from your previous self. It remains frozen somewhere until the episode is over.

By the way, This episode is mild, but the frequency is becoming alarming (every other month...). Fortunately all this seems to make sense to the pdoc. He adjusted my prescription and I trust chemistry.

Or reading or thinking about someone else. I'm always surprised when I come upon a new landscape and something is familiar about it and I suddenly realize I've read a book that mentions it or seen a show. . .

Hope your new cocktail works and pushes back the frequency of your bouts, Stefano.

Wow. This is hitting home today. I just wanted to stay in bed and sleep today. It made me realize how fragile my so called stability is.

I hope you feel better.

What you say is very true Stefano and seems to happen whether the episode is mild, moderate or severe.

I'm glad you pdoc was able to respond to your needs. Hopefully the increased dosage will help.
