OK so I was sitting at work tonight, at the pool, and I was getting ready to put my shoes on when I realized that I my little toe on my right foot is numb, I thought it was just asleep, but it is still asleep 4hours later. Thing is I am not sure it is asleep....if I squese or twist it I can feel pain, it is just like part of it is numb. I am a little worried, but not too much 'cause it hasn't affected my balance YET. Just curious if anyone had any thoughts...

Hi 1Dar,

Just a possibility, but you might have a pinched nerve.
When I experienced a numbness in a couple of fingers, it turned out it was a pinched nerve that was causing it.

If it continues for more than a day or so, you might want to go get it checked out.

Hi Dar,

You need to have your Dr check to make sure your circulation is good in that toe. It is very important.

I hope it's better soon.

Hugs,

Jan

ok so I am the biggest procrastinator....I have some feeling back, but not all, and I still havent seen a doctor. Go figure....I hate doctors. Right now I am frustrated with doctors and the world so I guess I will just keep going the way things are.
