Why do they have to scream

Before I fall into sleep, I make a wish that every person in the world will find happiness, love and confidence. That happiness will come to everyone in the form of happiness to make them happy, love will come to everyone in the form of love to make them love, and confidence will come to everyone in the form of confidence to make them confident. And in the middle of my sleep, I hear a voice. It tells me "Dear Turtle, you are very kind, but that is not going to happen. But I will make you a deal. I will make every person in the world happy, if you make every human in the world cry." I thought it was a joke. So I told him, "Make me cry then make them laugh, I will laugh harder than anyone in the world." And the voice laughed and said, "Okay, I'll make you cry for the rest of your life."
