I am interested in induced ketosis -- forcing the brain to use ketone bodies rather than glucose for energy -- as a means to fight mood and neurodegenerative disorders. I understand intermittent fasting can play a role. (Here's one example article from PubMed.)

My dog  mastered the "fetch" command. He would communicate he wanted something, and I would fetch it.

I was being bitten by depression today more than ''usual'' lately and I had to wake up from my nap (I didn't actually sleep, I knew I wouldn't) to feed my.... virtual animals
 How ''sad''? I'm sure all those haters would label me as that. I've rid myself of most of them (irl haters) but their venom is harder to purge, they were so INSISTENT they were always ''right'' and that my total value was/is./always ''will be''... a BIG FAT ZERO.Ursida STEPS on those snakes  (not about anyone on msf) Much love to all on the AS IS BUS

I feel like such a ''freak'' since I am unable to ''choose'' to be ''medication compliant'' since I am allergic to them. Hugs and respect to the others who silently put up with this. I hate it, I hate being me.

it has now been 3 months ....for 3 months no celexa...
no antidepressant....my psychiatrist does not know this... i tend to worry....so i have worried...when a day goes bad... is it withdrawal effect... OR IS IT ME AND MY LIFE.... |
