I don't want to intrude, is this bus open? I'd love a seat. Psych drugs are a sensitive topic for me. I was medicated young. I found anti anxiety and depression meds from my mother. I then seeked the antianxiety med. I finally got it around 30 years old. I'm now into my mid 50's (around there) and if I don't take my dose I feel absolutely anxious and sick. They don't even calm me, it's more like my brain is used to it and I'm taking it because I HAVE to and also now with the other meds. I'm not at all against meds.
I think they are helpful in many situations. My depression since a young age has never been cured. But I go off and back on antidepressant and mood stabilizer. I can't say it's been any miracle cure but without it I'd be so much worse. Little turtle, have you found relief with any medication? It seems you are hesitant. It would be great to feel better then struggle. Just wondering..... you need to realize no one is perfect. Whatever faults you feel you have made are dead and gone. Guilt is tought *I don't know if that's what you feel* but I do. Hugs to everyone here and I hope to get to know some of you kind people.

hi little turtle, I feel a bit better today. I don't have to think about too much work until next week. Thank you for asking. I wish people didn't fight over things, the world would be a much better place. Someone told me recently that it's good that people struggle
 or we'd have nothing to compare our lives to. I don't agree, so many people need a hand up. hugs too all here
