i am having an AS IS problem...
i am having trouble ...i don't like what happened to me... three breakdowns....mental illness.????...it really screwed up my life... i am trying to make peace with it...i haven't been able to lay it to rest... i guess i haven't accepted what IS...my friends in real life would say take a psych drug... |

Little Turtle -- and feel free to ignore the question, at the time of the "breakdowns" did you have any purely medical work done to determine if some physical, endocrine, nutrient/mineral deficiency had anything to do with your internal situation?
Personal Aside: My pdoc has had me off all antidepressant medications for a few months now due to their minimal effects and worrying side effects. I am still regularly taking an antianxiety medication.

Dear little turtle,
Some of my friends irl would also say take a psych drug. Not all of them know about my history of severe allergic reactions to multiple psych drugs (or maybe they don't remember). Some of them have seen the severe allergic reaction too. More than one specialist irl has commented on the severity of my allergic reaction but as it is (apparently) not life threatening they are not very interested.

Psych drug's make me ill.
I would say we are experiencing normal human states however unpleasant they are. Patience and kindness are a better remedy.
