Very hot outside today, which I think will break a record high (almost 90 degrees) plus poor air quality (hovering around 115/ppm.). I don't feel like going anywhere. Yesterday was hot, too, and it was a cruddy kind of day as lots of little things were irritable. I hope today will be better.

I went grocery shopping this morning and it was crowded, much to my surprise, when it opened at 9 AM, . I guess it's because it's a holiday weekend.

I just spoke to the electric company about billing. Last month my check for the bill was rejected for insufficient funds. My credit union had no record that an attempt was made to cash that check. I was never overdrawn because I had enough in my checking account to cover that payment. Just now the electric company was going to charge me $7 for that incident, but I convinced them to waive that fee. It will be waived! I was never at fault in the first place and the electric company's payment system(s) somehow got messed up.

The evening is worse. I have nothing to do and I'm very lonely. I guess I need to tap on loneliness. I'm tired of playing my game. I joined a guild so I could play with others. But I'm not a high enough level at the moment. So I'm left all by myself once more.

I'm feeling discouraged. Maybe getting dressed and getting out of the house will help.

I slept well. Got some cleaning done yesterday that I feel real good about.

New muscle relaxer pill has me so drowsy. Tizanidine - very sedating.

I'm very upset. I can't stop thinking about the bad situation. I feel angry and hurt. I think it might be because I didn't have my nicotine patch on. Putting one on helped some. But I'm still very upset. I almost want to start vaping again. All I can do is go to bed.

I feel okay today. I've been playing games and getting chores done. I went through my morning routine so now I can relax. I did a small project this morning and put it on YouTube. So today is going well.

I feel really bad because I feel down when I shouldn’t be feeling depressed. I listen to a self help video watch two movies and went for a walk today. I’m still feeling depressed today.

Today was a dull day. Nothing much happened. The only event that happened all day was making my spaghetti sauce that should last me a month. I just took a one hour bike ride at the end of the day because it was so hot today.

Feeling very depressed lately. Maybe it's because of the heat. I tend to feel depressed when it gets hot.

I feel very depressed. It's late. The day is over. There's nothing else to do. No one to talk to. The only thing that is left is sleep.

Felt depressed today. I decided to call my sister this morning. I was ended up sorry that I did. She made some remarks that were not very nice. Unfortunately, that's all I have in my life for now. Just her and my only friend; and they are both critical. I wish I could replace them but I'm not able to.

Also I'm feeling very depressed because my life seems to be lacking direction. I don't have much going for me and I seriously have to move out of where I live. It's like I have to "get out of Dodge".

Nothing much else to report about. It seems like there's so much depression and loneliness going around lately. Maybe it's the phase of the moon right now (it's almost full), I don't know. Something must be in the air to cause all of this funk for a lot of people right now! I wish that we can all get together and talk about all of this and see what kind of solutions that can come up.

Today wasn't a good day for me emotionally. Feeling like I've been dealing with selfish people. It's gotten to the point that I am almost giving up on humanity.

I don't feel very well. I slept for 9 hours and I'm still tired. I feel like I need to sleep for 6 more hours. So I will go back to bed.
