I slept all day. I'm barely waking up in the evening as my "morning." I'm so backwards. LOL.

I managed to take out the garbage yesterday. I had put off doing it for too long. Today I will do the dishes.

I didn't sleep well last night. I felt very depressed this morning. Was having feelings that my world is coming to an end. Got busy with making my monthly batch of spaghetti sauce and some light work. Went for a long bike ride and that made me feel better.

The friend, whom I recently let go, sent me a message saying that he misses me. We've been through this before.

My friend is guilty of giving me unsolicited advice. The points he does the most is:
  • Changing the subject when I talk about something that's concerning and important to me
  • And, "you should do ____".

Having a grief episode at the moment. Received something nice in the mail that reminds me of loved ones who are gone. Now I can't breathe through my nose. Sometimes being alive hurts.

I'm not depressed today. I'm anxious out of my mind though.

I did the dishes yesterday. I feel like I woke up too late today to get much work done, but I'll try after supper. Tomorrow I have a doctor's appointment in the morning.

I kept myself busy today. In the morning I emailed a couple of guys from my last job to see if there are any openings. Even though I left my job last June, I thought they might want me back. I'd love to go back if my former position can improve. One guy, from the site I worked at, told me that things are slow. He referred me to someone else, whom I used to know well. It's at another site. I got a message from him saying that a position like what I had is not available. Well, it's no skin off my nose, so I'm OK with it.

In the afternoon I wanted to do a little shopping. My car wouldn't start. It's because I have a dead battery. The shopping didn't need to be done soon anyways. So I'll have to get a new battery by tomorrow, if I can.

I have a dental appointment tomorrow morning. It's a check up. I don't feel like there's anything wrong, but I dread going. I always dread going to a doctor and dentist.

Had an annual (or so) physical exam and got a shingles vaccine upon doctor's recommendation. Now I can't tell whether the stuffy nose is due to that vaccine, the usual allergies, a cold or flu, COVID, or maybe something else... and somehow I don't even want to know! 😑

A kind of a not-so great day for me today. Went to the dentist and I'm going to need work that's expensive. I didn't think it would come down to that. Some fillings and a crown. After that I had to have the battery replaced on my car. So I'm going to have a whopper of expenses this month.

I'm still in bed, watching TV . . . and it's after 2 p.m. This is getting to be a habit. I don't feel depressed. I just don't seem to care about anything.

I started bullet journaling in 2020/2021

I’ve decided since I have used a planner for many years.

I will use my bullet journal for trauma healing. Daily check in thread:Ups and Downs #30*🩹

My mom is turning 70 in 3 weeks or so. My birthday is the day before but I honestly could care less about my own birthday. Although I think this one will be quite a bit diffrent then last one. But anyways my mom turning 70 is bumming me out. Plus all my health issues which are causing finacincal issues. And its also just that time of the year where my SAD is partiuclarly bad. I'm glad my therapy situation is under control and shes being helpful.

I Agree but…Grace Doesn’t Need to be Used to Excuse or Continue Intergenerational Trauma.

•Growing Up Many of My Immediate Family Members Would Do or Say Something Harmful Etc..

•They Would Never Apologize to Each Other. My Mama and Siblings Still Do This.

•They Go Months Without Speaking. Then Act like Nothing Happened and Start Speaking but Nothing is Ever Resolved.

•Just like Any Relationship, Once Another Situation Happens, Each of Them are Arguing about Old **** and the New Situation.

•My Dad’s Side is Exactly the Same, Except They Go YEARS Without Speaking.

•This is a Toxic Pattern of Functioning in Dysfunction and It’s Exhausting.

•If I Did/Said Something, I Will Apologize Even If We Decided to Desolve Our Friendship, Relationship Etc.

•Sometimes Relationships, Interacting Needs to End or You Feed ‘Em with a Long Handled Spoon.

•The Hurt can be so Deep, Painful or Traumatic. People Don’t Have to “Forgive and Continue” the Relationship…Including Relationships with Family Members. Forgiveness is Not Required for Healing.

•People Can Choose to Solely Focus on Healing Daily check in thread:Ups and Downs #30*🩹 the Hurt, Pain, Trauma and PTSD.

Today it's like I've been glued to my recliner in front of the TV.

This is not a good way to live. If I don't stop this soon, I think I'll get me a dog. The pooch will require being walked a few times a day.

I am trapped in a dead-end job. I can only afford the worst apartment in the city. I have written another novel and it is the worst yet. My life is utterly hopeless. Sometimes I contemplate the end, but I would never do it, not yet. Maybe in ten years.

This day has just gotten started. It's wet outside, but it looks like it will break up in an hour or two and may turn out to be a sunny day. As usual, before getting out of bed, my mind had been racing. I'm going to clean and then after lunch, I plan to shop and hopefully purchase a new bike. Yesterday I took my old bike to a recycling place and got a little cash for it. It wasn't much but better than nothing.

Last night, while preparing to sleep for the night, I saw a police car with it's lights going just outside of my window. I looked to see what was going on. There was a young woman at the corner on the bottom that the police were tending to. I don't know what was happening, but it appeared like the woman was crying.

Yesterday, the friend whom I recently let go, messaged me. It was nice of him but I told him I'd like to get back together if he would try to understand me more. We've been though this before. Also yesterday, I had a set a time to talk to my college friend in the mid-afternoon, but decided to postpone it because of the bike. So we agreed to schedule it tomorrow morning in which that will be a perfect time for me and him.
