I’m very sorry

Feeling depressed and anxious all morning. I felt like I had to contend with unwanted noises. Seemingly a lot of motorized power tools going off around me with work. It's hard at this time of year since having to have my windows and doors opened. And those noises exasperate my down feelings.

I still don’t know what I’m feeling; just that there’s a lot of it.

I was busy this morning with errands. I felt like I spent a lot of time on the road and wasn't crazy about it. It seemed like it was all going so slow and being hot & humid. I wasn't enjoying myself being out there with errands probably because of the heat and humidity. Normally I love getting out there to do errands. I like it better when it's cooler.

It is hot outside today and probably the hottest day of the year so far. I tend to get depressed more when it's hot than cold. I was a little bit busy this morning and worked out a little bit. Also I feel guilty for not calling my sister for her birthday on Monday. A few days ago she called me and it didn't go well. So I wouldn't know what to say if I called her.

I'm another one who gets depressed more easily in the heat. I was having a prolonged episode, which the heat made worse.

But I bounced out of it! I had a long talk with a new friend. Today was a good day. So was yesterday.

Woke up with a very stiff neck/shoulder today. I think I slept wrong or something.

I've been pretty busy today. And I'm feeling pretty good. But yet, today feels like "the calm before the storm". Today is a normal day for me, but for week after today, it's going to be different. Four days out of seven are events for me to do that I'm not looking forward to. Hopefully they'll not be as bad as I think. These events are not terrible but they're not something to look forward to.

i had a good day beCAUSE new old pics of my favorite celebrity surfaced this morning and made all the **** disappear for a bit. lmao
also, I got outside for a bit. despite it being very hot out, it helped to get the fresh air.

Today was alright but it could have been better. After grocery shopping I took my bike in the shop at 10 AM by appointment. I was told it would be ready in the afternoon. I called at 2:20 and was told that my bike hadn't been touched yet because they were short of help. So I decided to go to the shop and pick it up without the work request from me being done. I felt like I didn't hit it off well with the worker there. So I may not go back to that place again. I was disappointed because I had good service before.
