It was a pretty good day considering earlier this week, I felt like I was not looking forward to it. The woman who just moved in next to me is nice. Also there was a parade nearby. It got a little noisy around noon for about two hours but then settled down.

Cleaned my place today but nothing much else exciting to report about.

While it's this hot, I'm mainly going to relax . . . which I happen to excel at.

No depression. A new friend has had a nice affect on me. Sometimes a little understanding goes a long way.

I have my Saturday night blues but they aren't as intense as last week. I did talk to my mom about how I was feeling. I drank a Mountain Dew a few minutes ago and it helped my depression. Maybe I just had low blood pressure or sugar.

It is Sunday morning here. I woke up around 8am. I would like to wake up at 6:30am/7am. Don't know when that's going to.happen. It is 8:44am and I am still drowsy. Every morning I wake up depressed with lethargy and anhedonia.

I plan to dust and clean my room today. I have a huge mental block in doing it. Let's see how it goes.

I am back home from the mental hospital after 3+ months. l am either drowsy when I am resting or restless when I am awake. Hope it improves and I feel better.

I feel better when I remember to take my medication. However, I worry if I might need to be medicated for the rest of my life. Antidepressants keep me from wanting to end my own life, just to be blunt about it; but I worry about the long-term side-effects. They are life-saving medications, but I still worry about the long-term side-effects anyways.

I will not go out for a walk today(taking it easy @6 days a week). I plan to push myself to dust/clean my room. Hope it goes well. Don't know why I feel so down even when I think of dusting/cleaning my room.

Wow, that's funny! I've always felt the same way myself. I don't know why but the weekends seem to drag. Especially this weekend wasn't a good one for me.

As for me ----> my sister called and it was the first time in a good while that we had a conversation. It went alright. I did some light cleaning this morning. I talked to my friend this afternoon and he sounded depressed. I think he gets depressed a lot but won't admit it.

I have a couple of appointments this week that I'm not looking forward to. On Tuesday it will be the Dentist and on Thursday the Urologist. If it all goes well, then it will be end of "hell week" for me.

today was a good day (except for the pains of sunburn, i think, from yesterday, although i was in the heat and sun again today)
we went to the zoo with all the kids. basically party. haha
but i'm suuuuper tired though. took a 2 hour nap when we got home, but i'm still tired in my body

My good mood didn’t last long.

All of the taping dates that were posted online for the new season of TPIR are gone. I know this is probably due to the strike, but I’m already anxious enough about the new season as it is.

I - it’s getting to the point where I’m giving serious thought to not even watching the new season if/when we get it. Or maybe watching casually, like a few episodes a week and not every one.

I can take a lot, but Drew and TPIR are the one happy spot I have in my life and if that’s gone…I have nothing.

This morning I went to the Dentist (#4 of 5 for "hell week" that I posted last week) for a check up and cleaning. Teeth and gums are fine - no work needed! I really like the hygienist. She and I have interesting conversations; and she's helpful at giving me tips on how to do better in self-care for my teeth. The Dentist is nice, too. So now, it's 4 down and 1 to go. #5 will happen on Thursday Morning (appointment with the Urologist).

Other than that, nothing much to report about. I'm feeling OK now because of the dental appointment.

I had a decent day. Dropped of a lot of laundry at the Wash&Fold and got groceries. I discovered that the food section at Walmart is one of the coolest places in town, so I took my time. (BTW - I see they use armed guards now. The guy at the entrance was packin'.) No depression today.

Hi, I usually write in the bipolar forum, but for the time being I need some variation and support. I have caught a flu, but it is more than that. I feel like I am going to crash mentally. It's just a feeling, but still a felling I have to take seriously. And that's why I am coming here for a while. I am scared and am not doing good for the time being.
