It’s been awhile since I felt this way. Pain in my stomach, tired, sweeping sadness and nervousness. I’t just seems to be getting worse.

I'm sorry things are feeling rough for you again. It's good to hear that you were doing better for awhile. That's reason to have hope that you'll recover again. Do you have any idea what caused this relapse? Is it related to being in the holiday season?

I get recurrent episodes of depression, separated by intervals of feeling good. It's so disappointing when another episode of depression rolls around. I remind myself that it probably won't last forever, but that can be small consolation, while the darkness lasts. How's your evening going! Do you have any plans for the weekend? I strongly recommend getting out of the house, even if it's just to walk around a store and pick up some little treat for yourself.

I hope your tummy pain and sadness ease up real soon. Tummy pain can be driven by emotional stress, or it can have a physical cause that needs looking into. I've dealt with various tummy issues, if you care to talk about yours. Keep warm, and be nice to yourself.
