This is going to sound like a suicidal post, and you are just going to have to trust me when I say .. I know myself well enough to know when I am in danger of attempting. Right now, I am just emotionally hurting severely and wishing death would come for me, but not to the point I would deliberately put myself in danger or attempt to harm myself.

Possible trigger:
Trouble is, I don't know what to do about it. Some of the reasons are simply things I cannot talk about, and if you cannot talk about it, how do you release it? I don't know.

Thinking of you @Crypts_Of_The_Mind - my lows sound JUST like this, and it's SO bad when I am in it, so I can absolutely relate. I wish there was some way to get out of it easily; I am yet to find one. Talking about it is the best way to release it, even if it is talking to yourself, like writing it down and getting it out of you. Therapy works really well for me, so I do suggest that, but I understand not being able to share it yet.

I wish you good feelings, and a peaceful day, and hope for you to find a way out soon. Much love.

I've tried both therapy and meds in the past. Both just complicated things further for me. I am glad therapy works for you though. It's my hope it will continue to do so. ❤️

Writing only helps me if someone sees it. I've done that before. These are things nobody can see or hear though so in this case writing will not work. Thank you for offering up an idea though. ❤️

Thinking of you. How are you today? So very hot here. A thought I had today for you ...have you seen a doc who is a DO...not an MD. Treatment from them can be very different.

Not sure what a DO is, or what it stands for, to be honest.

All I know are the mental health professionals I saw in the past had psychologist, psychiatrist, social worker, and home health care nurse as their titles.

Their "care" involved telling me my issues and abuses were my fault, my reactions to my issues and abuses were over reactions and sometimes just me lying both to myself and others, pushing medications on me that made both my mental and physical health worse, and empowering my abuser by letting him know I deserved everything he gave me ... and then making all that seem okay by teaching me techniques and methods by which I could help myself alleviate the symptoms of the psychological disorders they labeled me with and signing off on in patient treatment from time to time when I went in voluntarily.

I would trust these people over and over, just to have them hurt me in these ways .. trusting doctors (of any sort - mental, medical, etc,) is now almost impossible for me.

Still, I am curious .. what is a DO and why do you ask if I have ever seen one?

As to my day .. other than the physical pain I was in due to having PCOS, it was okay. Thanks for asking. ❤️

I believe it stands for Doctor of Osteopathy. Treatment is much less about medications, but other, more natural ways we can help ourselves. I am sorry that I could not answer sooner but it is often hard for me to find other posts I have commented on. Please have patience with me as I will have with you.

Not sure if we have any of those that my insurance will pay for here. I will check. Thank you for the explanation.

As far as finding the posts you have commented on, I generally locate those by looking in my profile and then looking at the history of the posts and threads I have written as well as any notifications listed on my profile
