I came back from a vacation on Saturday and I'm in a nasty, weepy funk. I changed the time I took my meds during the vacation, otherwise I would have been sleeping when I should have been awake.
Now I just feel so very melancholy. Not desperate, but not like someone who just spent a week in England. pc "Plays well with others" |

PartlyCloudy,
I do not see why not. Jet lag can screw up someone's schedule for awhile. I know that when my schedule gets screwed up I flip out. I do not do well with change..I think that it is a depression thing. Give it a few days...hopefully things will get back to "normal" and your emotions will level out a bit. Jessica "Take these chances. Place them in a box until a quieter time..." ~DMB

Thanks, Shakes. I think I'm up to my usual tricks of being too hard on myself. Time will tell...
