ive used coper and magnets... has something to do with the metal in our blood... i got 'tingly' feelings and became more aware of blood flow... which in turn has helped me breathe more properly in my meditaions and breathing exercises... so, yes, it was helpful but i took them off as the 'tingly' became rather strong.... i retained the awareness of blood flow however....

hope this helps..

It's a very old wives tale; the iron in our bodies is bound up in hemogloblin, doesn't react to magnets or you'd literally blow up when you had an MRI, a many times more powerful magnet than what the hucksters would like to sell you.

perhaps i didn't make myself clear. i am not talking about copper bracelets.
i am writing a query about transcranial electromagnetic fields being used therapeutically as a substitute for ect because it does not involve an anaesthetist. sorry i was so vague.

NOO but when My dad was living he wore magnetic bracelets around his wrists because he said it helped with pain and arthritis. I have also heard people wearing magnets around the
small of their back for pain?

Never heard of magnets for depression though....?
