Yes, KJ, I've been there a time or two in my life.

It could also be hormones adding to your difficulties, something to think about anyway.

Keep maintaining, and do what you can to welcome the relief. It does come.
Take the needed time to recover yourself.

Please know that whatever it is you have to do for you and yours, it is good enough. Something I'm learning that is very true, even if I'm getting it a little late.

yes, nightbird, it's something i'm learning late too. never thought about the hormone angle though, thanks for that thought. so another stupid vent....
