What I say or think or feel doesn't matter.
I'll be thrown away if I don't always obey. These messages were rammed down my throat from babyhood onwards, it seems.

 What you want to say does matter to me - i say shout at the top of your lungs and be heard!  (sorry the closest smilie i could get to being proud and speaking up.)
