Has anyone tried subliminal or mediation tapes or do you have any opinion on their value? I have thought about trying something like this, but I'm not sure if anything like this really works or what its all about. Thanks for your help!

Hi inkblot, welcome.

I have tried meditation tapes, ones with sounds on them. I love listening to the sounds of the ocean and nature. It actually does relax me.

I visualize things when I listen to them. Classical music does the same thing for me - I listen to Mozart alot.

You should try it sometime.
