A long time ago I got the message loud and clear that I wasn't important. My mom always left us...booze, relationships, etc. Dad keeps throwing me out everytime he's in a relationship. My sister left me...she's in the process of moving to a whole new country! And right now the only real person I could ever relate to--my brother---has left me again. He didn't talk to us for a long time...and now he's back to not talking or coming around again. He has a gf who doesn't want him near his family.
I feel so crushed. I used to be able to always hang with him, do stuff with him...when we were little we were inseparable...and now I feel so abandoned!!! Why won't anyone love me???? Am I truly such a horrible, bad person that I am unlovable???

I am sorry you are hurting. I do not think you have anything unlovable about you...from your post I can see the PEOPLE in your life had/have some real issues, like toxic relationships and booze..THAT is why they left you...not because of you...

agreed - things just have their priorities confused. it hurts tho and it can feel like it is a personal thing against us.
but it isn't ok? know yourself to be lovable...that will then attract lovable ppl into your life and may even change the relations with your sibling. you are a good, lovable person.

People leaving sucks.  I'm experiencing the exact same feelings as you right now with people in my life. They never seem to stick around long enough... I love you. I respect you. You are not horrible or bad, and certainly are not unloveable.

no.. you aren't unlovable.. the world has a general shortage. My supply has been sort of sketchy too although totally different scenario. and, imo, many people are jerks. so, math lesson, love is in short supply + bumper crop of a-holes = you & me feeling bad and unloved math sucks... do you have a pet? it's not the same, i won't lie, but they love you no matter what... a dog taught me what unconditional love was.. i am sorry things are so tough for you babe.... you don't deserve this |

I feel the same way sometimes. How did I become such a horrible person that no one wants to be with me. Friends or Family. IDK

I hear you tainted goth ((((((((((((((((hugs)))))))))))))))))))I feel exactly the same. I even push people away now because I think they'll go eventually anyway.
