I've been doing great for months. It hit me suddenly about a week ago, just out of the blue. No reason for it at all. I thought I had it whipped. Guess it was just wishful thinking.

Ah yes....I know the "I don't cares" well. I understand where you are coming from and it stinks!
Just think about how good you felt before because you CAN feel that way again in time.
Til then.... I have the "I don't cares" again I have the "I don't cares" again I have the "I don't cares" again I have the "I don't cares" again

Try not to worry to much. Life is stressful and everybody has good days and bad days.

I have also had the "I don't cares" and while it is a yucky place to be....it also gives us the alarm bell that says "Take an emotional rest." Just try to do teh absolute necessities (like eating, basic tidying, and sleep) and try to seek out pleasant things to raise your spirits;whatever motivates you.

Don't worry too much. It might seem yucky now, but it will pass. You have proof that you can feel great about things. You just did.

((((((((((cajun)))))))))) We love you cajun.
