I finally was alright for a week or so. We had family over so I was always distracted, I didn;t have time to be depressed.

Then I woke up this morning them havign left yesterday and I was deressed. So I did some exerscise which really did cheer me up, even though I normally hare exerscice. And I've been really good today, I even suggested to someone to go swimming tomorrow, even though it means I;d have to show bits of me I dont want seen liek my thighs.

Then it jsut takes one person to prod, implicitly, my insecurity and I plummet down.

Why do people take so much joy in putting people down?

Hi there -- I have the same problem -- I am supersensitive to the moods of those around and little things that happen. I read a book that claimed that a very small percentage of the populations are high sensitives. We tend to be introverts, but not always.

People don't even realise they've upset me becausethat one little comment to them is nothing. I can forgiv that. It's when they do it on purpose that I don't.

Well, not many people do, but youk now what I mean
