This has been a very interesting thread - filled with things and feelings I have had - why was I born - why am I alive when I would rather not be - and wisdom of accepting the responsibility for your own self - that was good Adieu - we all go through ups and downs (mostly I have been in downs) but lately I am finding more and more reasons to live - to enjoy life for itself. No, we can't live for another person - although that thought keeps us alive when we are at the bottom. I have certainly gotten a lot from reading all of these posts - a lot to think about.

Being available to others here on the board as you are is a service, (((Silver))), even if you just post a smiley face or some hugs, (which is many times all I can managed when I'm really depressed), can make a lot of difference to a fellow member when he/she is feeling alone or unheard.

There's only one you and God doesn't make junk, so the fact that you are in this world has value and IS very important in the grand scheme of things.

Warmest wishes, Peanut

Hi Silver, have I told you lately what a special person you are? You and I hit it off right away so you must be cool. It is wonderful to chat with you. I know life is hard and I know you are at a very difficult time in your life. These years your in are rarely fun for any of us, add the depression and your loss and bang, it's a struggle. But you are a strong capable woman and you will do well in the world.
