What is holding you back Purple? What is holding you back from taking the steps that you need to get better?

Depression is the worst illness ... it lies and does all sorts to our body and brain ....

Please know with good help, good friends and talking, reaching out here and IRL you will gradually become more able to help yourself train your brain to let go of negative thoughts and think more positive .... but it takes time and patience ... i hear you hon, please feel free to pm me if you like .... take one step at a time and heal at your pace .... do not be rushed, you will feel better ..... hugs, Jinny xoxoxoxoxoxo

overcome with sadness

Just when the caterpillear thought the world was over it became a beautiful butterfly

Try doing something (doesn't have to be constructive) just something. Perhaps then you will get a little rest from what is troubling you.

Be kind to yourself. You are a beautiful butterfly. overcome with sadness overcome with sadness overcome with sadness overcome with sadness overcome with sadness

Purple, if you don't want me to nudge you along please tell me so.

So you are in a vicious cycle then? I can see you swirling about. Many people are giving you their hands but for you to get out you must pull yourself out (after taking a hand, or more than one).

What is the first step that you need to take purple?
