i shouldn’t be here. i want to die. i can’t get anywhere, i only get worse, there’s no hope. i’ll always be alone… it’s just how it is. i can’t even do anything anymore, it’s useless. this is how it has to be; i can’t do anything else. what else is there? i've tried everything; it's no use.

You can get better Taonuviel. Start by stop critizing yourself.

It's helped me quite a bit. I listen to it as much as I can. Stop beating yourself up so. Give yourself a break! You deserve to treat yourself better! I'm glad you're here. It shows that you want things to be better, and they can be.

i was really tempted tonight. i was downtown, with tall buildings. why don't i do it? duty... why do i feel like i must hold on when i know it's never going to get better? i wish i'd have a mental break and do it and not be responsible for it...

The thing is if you jumped off a tall building it might not kill you, you might be injured and in even more pain. Don't jump Tao, talk it through with someone. We are here with you.

tao you are such a big part of pc. i can't tell you how many times i have read your replies to others here that need help. i know you are a special person. i also know you feel tromented right now due to the depression. the depression is telling you to feel that way about yourself. those are feelings not facts, imho. please know i am here for you. i care. hang in there. we need you here. we do understand what's gong on with you. draw from our strength.

i think i'd be too scared to jump unless i were incredibly desperate... unless i found a way to jump from higher, but i doubt i'd have that chance. really, i hate the thought of doing something so drastic... i long for it but fear it. well... most of the time. sometimes i get so dark i don't care...

that's why my other attempts were ods... they're not so final... i take an action and if God won't allow it, as i fear, then it's thrawted, and i'm not left broken and mangled. but for what i don't know... i just end up in the same place again. i don't know. i hate being hopeless; i wish i wasn't.
