Well, I figured I'd post a little bit about the current state I'm in, just to get some feedback and to further introduce myself. Thank you all again (from all of us) for your wonderful welcomes.

I'm Emma, I'm 15 and am somewhat 'between' living arrangements at the moment. For now I'm staying with my father, but I'll most likely be moving again before long. None of the people I'm living with at the moment know about the alters, so it gets pretty tricky some times, though wer're managing.
Victoria and Green are the two older alters, Tara is the youngest, and there is a 'new girl' who's been lurking around tormenting Victoria and Tara the past few months. She's made herself a lot more evident recently, I've nicknamed her Persephone for now. I'm not entirely sure what to do about her, the last time we had a run-in I wound up with a black eye.

So, that's just a bit of the current stuff. And again, thank you all for welcoming us so warmly.

thank you for sharing! again, welcome!

do you mind to share if the body's age is 15? also, are you currently in therapy and how it's going? if you don't want to share, that's fine as well. A bit of info.

thanks and see ya round!

Yeah, the body is fifteen. We're not currently in therapy, though we'd really like to be once things settle down a little more. But right now it's too up in the air and money is too tight to bring the subject up.

thank you! so you've been in therapy before for DID? you were dx'ed and received some treatment? that's awesome. i hope that you can get back into therapy again soon. it's awesome that a t has helped you to the point of recognizing and knowing some of your selves.

FYI, every county in the u.s. (or the larger one near it) has a community mental health center. they treat according to income, and if income is too low, there's no fee at all. you might want to check into that?

good luck,

kd

Yes, we'd seen a T before, but we were kind of standoffish towards her. Of course it's regretted now, because I think it would've helped us quite a bit to have been more open, but hindsight is 20/20.
I've never heard anything about the community mental health center, but I'd certainly like to look into it. The only issue would be in getting around the folks I'm staying with now, as I really don't want them to know about this until we're ready.

well, you don't have to tell about the DID as a reason that you want to see a therapist. you're DID...you're inventive. A bit of info. you'll think of something. A bit of info.

your old t dx'ed you DID, but you couldn't continue? that's sad. y'all must've trusted alot for her to see you and know your story for her to make the dx. i'm sorry.

it took us forever to trust t...to think of losing him shortly after is more than difficult.

be safe and keep us updated.
