I know you hold some of the bad memories, like me  PM if you need to talk. Can Vicki kelp you ?? Have you told w_i yet ?? Are you sure you weren't just acting in self preservation mode when you did this "bad, horrible thing" ???? Sometimes we do things because we must, even if we don't know why at the time. i'm here if you want to talk. i don't think that you are bad and horrible. like zorah said, sometimes we do things that may seem bad to us but were really just attempts at survival. keep us posted on what's going on with you and remember that i am here if you need anything. take care and stay extra safe. shadow
