I had something that happened last week that was extremely scary and upsetting. I'm still not really able to talk about it right now. I did tell my T what had happened. We are going to talk more about it and how I can keep it from happening again. I'm sorry I can't say what happened it was just too upsetting and I have to figure out a way to step up and tell this person that they need to stop and ask me first. Sorry, upset

(((((((((((((((((((((monty))))))))))))))))))))))) i'm sorry this happened. it sounds like it really shook you up. it's great that you're working with t on it right away though, and while it's still fresh, you and he can come up with something to help keep you feeling safer in the future. you've sure got a great t. that's for sure!

love ya and be really good to yourselves right now.

It's good you have the chance to talk about this and that you have some ideas about what you want to happen.

Be good to yourself, OK?

Monty, being able to say that what happened was bad and that you need to find a way to stop it is awsome!! Im so pleased you can speak to your T about this. That makes sure you are properly heard and gives you a safe place to look at all your options.

Im thinking of you and sending you only the best of wishes with this.

i too am glad that you can talk to your T about this. how very brave! don't worry about not being able to say it here... all we really care about is trying to keep you feeling safe and knowing that you're a very valued person here. i am here if you ever want to talk about anything or just need hugs. i'm sorry that you're so upset. i hope that you and your T can figure out a way to have you feeling better again soon.
