i want to cry so bad for some reason.. not sure if its me or if something is going on inside..

Hi Kat,
I'm sorry you feel like this! I know how confusing that feeling is--get that plenty these days. If this helps you any, here is what I say to myself: "I hear that someone is feeling sad. If you want to go to the safe room and rest or play or do something that makes you feel better, that is ok." And then I'll ask one of the grownups inside to please help the sad one. rainbowzz.. if i could cry and it be one that would finally make me feel good i think i would love it.. but its like nothing makes me feel good anymore.. i cant get that good feeling back in me.. its gone and i cant bring it back.. alksfjd;laskjf i dont want to cry anymore either i dont want to cry anymore why cant this crying crap just stop why cant it stop once and for all why? how long am i going to cry about this? shes not going to come back!!! i cant spend the rest of my eternity crying over something i cant chnage.... mama's gone! what is wrong with me!!! i h*te this in me!!!!

 I know it is hard, isin't it. im sorry that the good feeling is gone, Sometimes we get like that too. I am here to comfort you though and just sit with you, or anything else you might need. |
